Welcome to Deanie Robertson Coaching. DEANIE ROBERTSON COACHING LLC, doing business as Deanie Robertson Coaching (“we”, “our”, “us”), is a life coaching practice offering one-on-one coaching sessions, programs, and workshops, serving clients in Utah and nationwide via virtual sessions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online platforms, and any services offered through them (collectively, the “Services”), including any SMS/text messaging communications you may receive from us.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and will post any new or revised terms on this website. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of such use. Accordingly, we recommend that you periodically visit this page to review the then-current terms to which you are bound.

Use of Services

By accepting these Terms through your use of the website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may only use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Children under the age of 13 may not use this website.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Deanie Robertson Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

Business Identity

Deanie Robertson Coaching provides SMS messaging services to keep you informed about appointment and session reminders, coaching program updates, promotional offers, and event and workshop notifications related to our coaching services.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency varying based on your engagement status, scheduled sessions, and preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 435-557-4446. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Coaching Sessions and Services

Session Scheduling

We strive to meet scheduled appointment times but cannot guarantee availability within a specific window due to client demands.

Service Agreements

Formal coaching engagements require a separate written agreement outlining scope, session structure, timeline, payment terms, and other program-specific details.

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified licensed professional.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information. You must be 18 years of age or older to register for an account, and only one (1) account is allowed per person.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including logos, images, coaching materials, and text, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the operation or availability of the Services. Coaching services are governed by separate client agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
